Uluru, or Ayers Rock, is one of Australia's most recognisable locations. This massive sandstone monolith in the heart of the Northern Territory’s arid "Red Centre" is tough to photograph, if only because there is nothing around it to give you a sense of the rocks scale and size. The moon putting in an appearance was just great luck.
