This shot was captured just a few weeks before the world COVID-19 pandemic shook the world. I'd walked up the hills behind the small Welsh village of Abercegir in Powys. I'd originally decided to head down as a heavy rain storm rolled in from the south. I thought better of it and pulled out the Fuji X-T3 and got shooting. I love the muted colours and atmosphere. The rainbow is a huge bonus. I hope you enjoy it.
A simple shot of the Aberdyfi Estuary As seen from our mountain cabin in Wales.
Why get before sunrise? It's a question I ask myself all the time, but as the sun glides above the sea horizon behind me and gently illuminates the mountains in Baja, it makes sense. For anyone who hasn't explored Baja, you're missing out.
