Some days are just biblical. This was one of the shot's taken from our 3 am start day when we'd set out to capture Bromo at sunrise. The day before we had ridden in from the right-hand side of this image and across the sea of sand that you can see in the lower half of this panorama. This is 12 images stitched together in Photoshop and then processed with Luminar.
We camped in the high hills, north of the town of Pokhara in Nepal and woke to this most mornings. This view is both glorious and humbling.
Whenever you shoot into the sun, there's a high chance that the photo will turn out poorly, this is a great example of why it's worth the risk. Lisa grabbed this shot on Charles street. The shallow depth of field and soft light work great.
