After a week or motorcycling on the Island of Borneo, we headed up to the penthouse home of our good friend Alex. Strolling onto his balcony we were thumped in the eyes with this glorious sunset over Kuching. Needless to say, we grabbed the camera gear, put down our drinks and got snap-happy.
This is another shot of Wat Arun, but this is a single exposure as opposed to the HDR images, I'd shred earlier. This is why I carry a tripod.
This was our stunning view of Machupuchari Mountain in Nepal, better known as "Fishtail". The evening's pink light made for one of the most glorious landscapes, we've ever seen. We'd stared for so long, that it was only at the last minute that we remembered to pull out the cameras and try to snag a few shots.
