For every 450 images that end up being OK, I seem to get one that really works for me. The colours from this morning's photo walk along the Yucatan coastline were spectacular. This is why I love photography.
At 6,000ft in the freezing wind, we waited as long as possible to capture one of the last images of the day, as streaks of soft light cascade over the Blue Ridge Parkway.
